Come and join us We currently have a permanent opportunity for a People Co-Ordinator to join our team in Scunthorpe.
- The rate of pay is **£25,000 - £35,000 per year depending on experience**

As a People Co-Ordinator, you will provide assistance to the Senior HR Manager and People Team. You will deliver effective, customer focused administrative support to the People Team. In this role, you will administer, maintain, analyse and develop the master data within a variety of systems to ensure all information held is accurate and up to date.

Main Responsibilities
As a People Co-Ordinator here at 2 Sisters Scunthorpe, you will:

- Manage the administration for the People Team
- Administer and maintain accurate data within the systems used by the People Team
- Maintain, review and monitor systems to ensure data accuracy
- Prepare case loads for the HR team providing a schedule of work for the following week
- Assist with the maintenance and review of system user guides to ensure they are accurate and up to date at all times
- Support internal projects to ensure activities are completed within given timelines
- Create and analyse HR KPI's on a daily/weekly basis
- Carry out administration tasks to support the team when required
