**Role Description**

This is an on-site Receptionist role at Regent House Business Centre in Aylesbury. The Receptionist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service. The Receptionist will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and providing excellent service to visitors and tenants.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Utilise Google Suite and other computerised systems for documentation and communication purposes
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing

**Qualifications**
- Strong phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and clerical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time
