Assistant to Founders: Tech Saas

**A Great Opportunity**:
You'll assume the role of right-hand person to the Founders. You'll be entrusted with handling ad hoc tasks, presenting a fantastic chance to closely observe and learn from the CEO and COO. Given the Founders' track record of spearheading numerous successful ventures, this presents an excellent opportunity for invaluable exposure and growth.
We're in a bit of a quandary when it comes to labelling this position. It doesn't neatly fit into the traditional mould of an EA or Office Manager, yet it doesn't quite ascend to the heights of a Chief of Staff. Some might dub it as a Business Manager or Office Operations Manager. Responsibilities will be wide & varied and therefore provide an excellent platform for someone with ambitions in the high growth technology and software space.
For us, the paramount consideration is finding an individual with the right mindset and attitude. Experience, while important, takes a secondary role. You’ll be happy to take on any task whether low or high level.
**The Company**
A high growth scaling business in the technology sector. Global specialist in customised solutions leveraging state of the art technology in a specific sector. The business operates via a managed service model alongside an Enterprise SaaS licensing model.
**Flexible working**
While your job will mostly be office-based, there will be flexibility to work from home on a 3/2 split. No two days WFH exact, but you can make the process work for you to enable certain days. This will allow you to adapt and assist with other tasks as needed, contributing to the overall smooth functioning of the office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring the smooth management of the office.
- Undertake a variety of day-to-day ad hoc tasks.
- Diary management: Keeping the Founders on schedule for meetings, ensuring that they are well-prepared and punctual.
- Effective communication with the team.
- Making sure everyone is well-informed and working together efficiently.
- Meeting and greeting clients, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Managing client inquiries and acting as a gatekeeper, filtering, and prioritising communication to the CEO.
- Keeping track of a portfolio of projects and timelines.
**About You**:
- Technology background.
- Experience supporting senior leadership.
- Business or technology related degree.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
