We are looking for an enthusiastic **B2B Telemarketer/Telesales, working 2 to 3 days a week **to generating sales. You will be responsible for setting appointments as well as initiating sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telemarketer you must be an excellent communicator and have awesome people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as using and posting on social media.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in new business plus maintain & promote to existing customers.
Product training will be given but experience in the B2B sales cycle is required.
On top of the basic salary is the opportunity to earn commission when hitting targets.
**Responsibilities**
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when required.
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
**Requirements**:
- Track record in lead generation, telemarketing or telesales of industrial products (min 2 yrs)
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Proficient in using social media to interact with potential clients.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with technology-based solutions is preferred.
Must live within a 25-mile radius of Cheddar.
