We are seeking a motivated and skilled Appointment Setter to join our sales team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients, qualify leads, and secure appointments through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Conduct outbound calls to identify decision-makers and establish rapport with key contacts.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline.
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and achieve targets.
- Must have telesales experience
- Previous experience in another business selling B2B in a similar sales environment. (2 years or more)
- Outbound calls made daily (60 - 80)
- Confident on the phone
- Basic understanding of IT systems
- As office based you would need to be within 20 miles from Tunbridge Wells for commuting purposes.

Pay: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
