_**40 hours per week - 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 13:00 Fridays.**_
- **Position available for immediate start.**_
- **An opportunity for an important full-time position at a distributor of motorhomes and caravans as an Office admistrator covering logistics within a small and friendly team. **_
- **All required training will be provided for all platforms and procedures. **_
- **Main duties and responsibilities**:_
- _**Responsible for organising transport of goods from our factory in EU to dealerships in GB.**_
- _**Requesting all required import (and on occasion export) documentation from our customs agent. We are responsible for all customs requirements, but we rely on an external customs agent to action under our instruction. **_
- _**Recording all processes, information and documentation in software and Excel.**_
- _**Some reporting to HMRC.**_
- _**Electronic and physical filing.**_
- **Key skills**:_
- _**Generally IT literate.**_
- _**Proficient with using Microsoft Office, most importantly Excel.**_
- _**Capable and clear communicator.**_
- _**Attention to detail.**_
- _**Organised, methodical and process minded.**_
- _**Responsible, trustworthy and conscientious.**_
- _**Calm, self-motivated and shows initiative.**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
