Office Assistant

**Duties**:
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and accuracy
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and documents
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Conduct clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
**Experience**:
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping
- Familiarity with Google Docs for document management and communication
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy workspace and efficient workflow
- Ability to handle phone calls with proper etiquette and professionalism
- Prior experience in an office setting performing administrative tasks is preferred
