Our combined knowledge and expertise covers advice on service charge structure and management, budgeting, contractor procurement, health & safety, accountancy, and property maintenance services. We are a one-stop shop covering all aspects of block and estate management.

Our support team service centre is in East Anglia, with property managers deployed in strategic locations across the UK.

We are looking for a Property Maintenance Administrator to join our expanding Property Management/Maintenance department.

We're not just looking for a data entry robot, we are looking for someone who cares for the clients they work with, that wants to get to know them. Our team are our front line in helping our clients properties stay well maintained and compliant.

You will have a desire and respect for your work that means you always want to do your best for yourself, the client, and your colleagues.

**The Position**

Property Maintenance Administrator

**Experience**

At this time, we are ideally looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You will have some experience in a customer service role, ideally in the maintenance and or property sector.

- Booking maintenance jobs

- Assisting the team with various tasks
- Providing support to the Property management team on a day-to-day basis.

- This role can in time develop into becoming a fully qualified AIRPM to MIRPM AssocRICS Property Manager, which comes with salary increase etc.

**Other**
- Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00
- 37.5 hours per week
- 1 hour lunch break
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Salary minimum wage and upwards depending on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
