**Senior Installer** at Perfect Shutters is a varied and enjoyable role, attending multiple fittings each day, usually with a junior installer. Product-specific training will be provided, but an aptitude and enthusiasm for joinery is a must.

**We want you to...**
- Work with beautifully crafted products, installing them into homes and properties across Merseyside and the North West
- Manage the installation process in our clients' property ensuring absolute customer satisfaction
- Act as an ambassador for the business at all times
- Have the willingness and ability to train and develop the practical and customer service skills of a junior installer

**We need you to be...**
- Experienced in a variety of trades, including joinery Lvl 2/3
- A skilled tradesman with a high level of respect for our products & customers
- Friendly and considerate of customers and their properties, able to build client relationships
- Outgoing, with a commitment to quality workmanship
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail with experience measuring
- A team player and a great problem solver

In return for your hard work and commitment we offer a market leading **Salary up to £34,000**

Salary is based on a fair and transparent grading structure, which rewards high level skills and experience, with room to continually improve and grow as an installer.

**Salary**: £27,500.00-£32,500.00 per year
