We are delighted to be working on behalf of a recognized innovator in its field of manufacturing and engineering, specializing in the design, development, testing and manufacture of integrated protective systems for military, law enforcement and fire personnel.With sales offices, dealer, licenses and customers in various countries and regions, they have a truly international presence.

My client is looking for a full time and permanent Senior Marketing Specialist to head their team at their modern Headquarters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop deep knowledge and understanding of their brands, business operations, products and customer base.
- Manage the EMEA and APAC advertising and sponsorship schedule for a multi-brand business; identify key opportunities with key target markets.
- Work alongside media buyer and graphic designer to ensure artwork is received and on brand to required deadlines.
- Produce a wide variety of online and offline marketing materials to communicate brand differentiators in the market. This includes, but is not limited to supporting and delivering messaging, packaging, and promotion of new and existing products.
- Perform competitive research to support future product and market strategies.
- Campaign management: manage a variety of end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads, ensuring they are aligned across all channels and tailored to customer needs. Assist in the planning, segmentation, creative and execution.
- Provide marketing support for key customer bids / tenders.
- Manage messaging and communications with customers as needed.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to work more closely with influential stakeholders in our industry.
- Support for events and exhibitions within the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Contribute to measurement and analytics, making optimization recommendations. Analyse the success of marketing campaigns and propose improvements to improve ROI.
- Constant communication with team members.
- Project management and ability to work on a deadline.
- Participation in brainstorming sessions and other marketing-related projects as needed.
- Some physical labour required in helping to manage event assets, such as promotional and display items. At times, this may include pushing, pulling, lifting, squatting and various other types of physical activity.

**Skills**:

- Four to six years in a marketing, public relations, communications or relevant role in an agency or in-house marketing communications environment.
- Strong ability to develop and manage partnerships for the purpose of product distribution, lead or revenue generation, and other strategic initiatives.
- Meticulous organizational and time management skills.
- Resourcefulness and attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work on a deadline.
- Flexibility to juggle multiple tasks and reprioritize projects when needed.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Professional relationship-building skills and social demeanour.
- Big picture, strategic thinker with grit to execute initiatives.
- Ability and willingness to travel when needed.
- Technical skills include a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft 365 preferred.
