Accounts/administration Assistant

We are a well-established construction company based in Cheadle Heath, Stockport. We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Administration Assistant. Previous experience of the Xero Accounting Software is essential. The role will be an immediate start.
**Duties will include**:
1. Entering Supplier Invoices on Xero Accounts.
2. Checking Supplier Statements agree to Xero Accounts each month end.
3. Chasing any missing Supplier Invoices/Delivery Notes.
4. Preparing month end Supplier Payments.
5. Matching Supplier Invoices to Delivery Notes.
6. Entering Invoices & Labour Costs to Construction Manager Software; (Full Training will be Provided).
7. Answering Incoming and Internal Phone calls.
9. General office duties; scanning/filing/shredding etc.
**Hours**:35.5 hrs per week
Monday - Thursday 09:00 to 17:00; Friday 09:00 to 15:00.
**Job Type**: The position will be Full-time; Temporary; Initially for a 3-month period (May become Permanent).
**Salary**: Negotiable.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
