Supervisor

We are currently looking to recruit a qualified **Supervisor** to join our **Supported Living Services** in **Aberdeen** offering a **full time (37 hours per week) permanent contract.** We are looking for a qualified practitioner with strong experience of working directly with people who have complex health care or communication needs and can guide, lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality person-centred care, leading by example of best social care practice.

**About You***:
This role could be for you if:

- You have experience with working in large, flexible teams within a social care setting
- You can be flexible
- able to work days, evenings, weekends, night shift
- You have experience of supporting culture change in the work environment
- You have strong IT and office organisation skills
- You have excellent knowledge and experience of person-centred practice
- You have the ability to coach and mentor staff
- You can challenge poor or unsafe practice and to champion good practice and person-centred support for the individuals’ using services.
- You have excellent communication skills to relay complex and challenging information
- You hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or other specialty recognised by the SSSC for registration purposes and must be able to meet and maintain the appropriate SSSC registration requirements and conditions for a Supervisor in a Care at Home / Housing Support Service.
