**Office Supervisor**

(37 hrs per week Mon-Friday/Job Share Considered)

Do you have experience working in a General Practice reception or a NHS background & are looking for a new challenge? We are currently looking to recruit an Office Supervisor** **to join our friendly team.

**As Office Supervisor, you will have**:
Excellent communication, IT & organisational skills with a great attention to detail. These are the necessary attributes required to successfully fulfil this role. A positive attitude & ability to multi task within a fast paced environment is essential.

You’re also able to explain sensitive or complicated information in a way that’s clear, sympathetic and easy to understand to both patients & the staff within your team. Ideally, you have experience of working in a Primary or Secondary Care environment with supervisory experience being preferred but not essential.

**Core Duties include**:

- Day to day supervision of the Medical Reception team, ensuring the department runs smoothly
- Dealing with ad-hoc scenarios effectively & efficiently.
- Coordinate reception team rotas (daily duties, annual leave, sickness, additional cover etc.).
- Expedite hospital results/queries
- Workflow Optimisation of electronic documents
- Preparation & banking of Petty Cash
- IT & communications support for the Practice Team
