We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Night Porter to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay, managing guest bookings, preparing the restaurant for breakfast, general cleaning duties and preparing smooth operation of the hotel during the night hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage room assignments and bookings using hotel management software.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with enquiries or requests.
- Provide information and advice to guests regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and our other services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the lobby area. Also perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture, and dusting surfaces for the restaurant.
- Address any requests or complaints from guests promptly and courteously.
- Complete and maintain incident reports, daily activity reports, or other reports as requested by management.
- Notify morning staff of any damages, deficits, or disturbances

Overall, these responsibilities contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for guests and ensuring smooth operations within the hotel.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
