**The role**
- We are looking for a **People Systems Administrator **to join our team in London. In this role, you will work with all systems across our People Team (HR) and will be responsible for the accuracy of our people data.

We are constantly looking for ways to improve our processes and systems and are excited to hire a new Circler to come along for the ride

**What will you be doing?**
- Be responsible for all our systems. You’ll be the data gatekeeper in our: HRIS (Hibob), ATS (Jobvite), LMS (LearnAmp), Engagement tool (CultureAmp)
- Administer our engagement surveys
- Support the People team in answering queries related to the use of our People tools and systems
- Run background checks for our new joiners and completing Right to Work checks, including Visa processes and compliance
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the HR systems by carrying out regular audit checks, running reports and analysing data
- Partner with all members of the People team to ensure all processes are followed and all systems are performing in the intended way
- Drive continuous improvement in our processes and systems; staying informed on updates to our systems and managing the implementation of these updates
- Manage our system integrations

**What we’re looking for**
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for clean data.
- You’ve worked in an administration or coordination type role before and are highly organised with the ability to prioritise.
- You are comfortable with Google Sheets and/ or Excel (we predominantly use G-Suite).
- You’re systems savvy: in this role you will work with a number of systems such as HiBob, Jobvite, LearnAmp and G-Suite.
- You are friendly and professional both in your internal and external communication.
- You are naturally curious and have a strong desire to learn new things and are willing to ask questions of and partner with your stakeholders to get to the best outcome for Circlers and the People team.
- You have the ability to work under pressure and can pivot between tasks when necessary
