Introduction:
We are seeking a highly motivated HRIS Systems Analyst to join our team as we embark on a comprehensive HR Digital Transformation. This role will be pivotal in the implementation and support of our new Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Hibob, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in various aspects of the People systems lifecycle, from implementation to maintenance and optimization.

Accountabilities:
**Implementation Support**:

- Assist in the planning, configuration, and deployment of People Technology, including new HRIS and ATS systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our People Team Centres of expertise, to gather business requirements and ensure successful system integration.
- Participate and organise in system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure functionality aligns with business needs.

**System Administration and Support**:

- Serve as the first and/or second level support for People systems, addressing user inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly and using good judgement for escalation.
- Maintain system data integrity by performing regular audits, data cleanup activities, and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
- Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in alignment with organisational policies.

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support People metrics and analytics.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of people data to various stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of data for internal and external audits.
