Springvale are experts in the speciality food sector. We manufacture, supply, and distribute ambient foods to trade only businesses within the UK. Established in 1993, we celebrate 30 years of experience and knowledge in the speciality food industry. We work with businesses to help them increase their revenue and profitability by analysing the performance of their food retail business, paired with industry knowledge and insights to implement strategic range and merchandising solutions.We work with a wide portfolio of business sectors from independent farm shops and delis to garden centre groups, convenience stores, export consolidators, leisure parks, garage forecourts and travel retailers. Our highly experienced team, flexibility and extensive knowledge base allows us to successfully work across a variety of industries with different operational and logístical requirements.

**The Role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and bubbly person to join our Customer Experience Team as an executive. Working within a small team, it would be your joint responsibility to maintain an excellent standard of customer service, consistently exceeding customer expectations by going above and beyond. You will drive continual improvement by obtaining customer feedback digitally and verbally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process orders, credit notes and invoices
- Handle, investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Complete miscellaneous administration tasks
- Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling to customers when appropriate
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of customer information
- Make regular courtesy calls to customers to ensure their expectations have been met or exceeded, checking if there is anything else appropriate to offer at the time

Qualifications/Experience:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify trends or patterns
- Prior experience in customer service, telesales or administration roles are a plus
