Care Services Executive

The Care Services Executive holds a pivotal role within our company, responsible for overseeing and managing care enquiries, assessing funding options for care services, engaging with existing clients to discuss increasing services, promoting awareness of additional services offered by our care company, and ensuring the efficient management of visit capacity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1.** Care Enquiries Management**:
- Respond to enquiries from potential clients seeking care services and provide expert guidance.
- Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' care needs.
2. **Funding Options Assessment**:
- Offer expert advice and guidance on funding solutions.
3.** Client Engagement**:
- Engage with existing clients, taking a leadership role in exploring opportunities for increasing or modifying services.
- Provide expertise to promote awareness of additional services offered by the company.
4. **Visit Capacity Management**:
- Plan, oversee, and manage visit capacity, ensuring that care services are allocated efficiently and in accordance with client needs.
- Collaborate with scheduling and care teams to optimise the use of resources.
**5. Operational Leadership**:
- Play a leadership role in creating and executing operational plans to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with the management team to lead improvements in service processes.
**6. Target Achievement and Leadership**:
- Set and achieve targets for client engagement and service expansion
- Mentor and guide other team members in achieving targets and delivering exceptional service.
**Requirements**:
- Leadership Experience: A background in care coordination or related roles with leadership responsibilities.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent ability to manage and prioritise tasks, enquiries, and service requests.
- Proactive Approach: Motivated to take the initiative in client engagement and service improvement.
- Calm Under Pressure: Maintain composure in high-stress situations and adapt to changing client needs.
- Initiative: Ability to identify opportunities and take proactive steps to enhance service offerings.
- Confidence: Exhibit confidence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience: Display empathy and patience when dealing with clients and their families.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service roles is essential.
- Positive Nature: Maintain a positive attitude and outlook in client interactions and team collaboration.
- Operational Planning: Experience in creating and executing operational plans for service delivery.
- Strong IT Skills: Experience of using Word, Excel (or equivalent) and cloud based systems.
**Salary range**: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience
**Hours**: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
