We support all brands across the Sainsbury’s group (Sainsbury’s, Argos, Habitat and Tu), across all channels and platforms. Our Design, Photography and Video content is a critical part of creating a truly exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

**As our Senior Digital Designer you’ll**:

- Support the creation of best-in-class digital and omni channel campaigns for Sainsbury’s and its partner brands Habitat, Argos and Tu, with a real focus on creative excellence as part of our group-wide internal design function.
- Take the lead in developing and managing the creation of digital campaign assets for our brands with a real focus of dynamic and animated digital creative output.
- Absorb and understand how Sainsbury’s, Argos, Habitat, Tu’s customer strategies can be used to communicate key customer messages across an omni-channel environment.
- Have an overarching view of day-to-day projects and can prioritize/deprioritize work sensibly.
- Have a key focus and skillset to deliver digital design capabilities, leading the conversation and making sure our department output supports marketing and digital objectives.
- Forwarding our digital capabilities and support the growth of wider teams understanding.
- Innovation of output and creative collaboration - Lead and participate in wider creative inspiration forums - to progress and further develop the department and wider creative teams.
- Help communicate our departments ideas and concepts and continue to establish our solid reputation for creativity and delivery.
- Aid creative workflow management, identifying areas of risk and implementing solutions to maintain the departments key deliverables, supporting the wider team in workload.

**Our In house Design Team would like to see from you**:

- Extensive working experience in using Adobe design software including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere and Figma - alongside a good working knowledge of all MS Office software.
- Experience in a commercially driven environment, understanding commercial strategies and forecasting budgets.
- Broad understanding/knowledge of retail and wider landscape.
- An appreciation for marketing, data driven propositions.
- Understand how to drive projects activity and efficiently to meet commercial targets, with a solutions-focussed approach.
