A 6 months+ opportunity for a **Repairs Team Leader** has arisen with the local authorities in Rugby.

The successful applicant will lead a team of repairs operatives to deliver a variety of repairs to properties owned by the Council.

You will need to work closely with the repairs schedulers to ensure the productivity and efficiency of the operatives. This is a customer focused role and as such the tenants are our top priority.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience of working within a property services environment.
- Supervisory Management Background
- Level 2 NVQ in an associated skill (joinery, plumbing, drainage, fencing, plastering, or glazing) or 3 years minimum experience
- Social Housing experience to lead a team of repair operatives.

Hours of work are 8am till 4pm, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
