Job Summary

Talent Finder is looking for a skilled Vehicle Repair Professional to join our team in Rugby. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for carrying out vehicle maintenance and repair work as delegated by the Workshop Supervisor.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, time-keeping qualities, and a keen eye for detail. A minimum Level 3 Qualification with preferably an MOT license is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of £36,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus benefits such as free parking, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, training and development opportunities, and more.

About the Job

  • Carry out vehicle maintenance and repair work as delegated by the Workshop Supervisor.
  • Utilise technical help lines to diagnose and repair vehicle faults.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification with preferably an MOT license.
  • Excellent communication skills, time-keeping qualities, and a keen eye for detail.
