Administrative Assistant

We are a fast growing property management and investment business aiming to expand rapidly in the coming months. This is a flexible ever-evolving role with a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment that will require a keen mind and strong problem-solving skills. You'll be bringing your established organisational admin support skills which will be complemented by the knowledge you will gain in the world of property investment and management.
You will be involved in overseeing the daily administrative management of the business as a whole which includes a portfolio of different properties including standard buy-to-lets and HMOs to full ground up developments. Additionally you will be responsible for record-keeping, correspondence and basic accounting tasks among other administrative tasks. You will also be assisting with the management of our new office in central Guildford. Strong interpersonal skills are also necessary to liaise day to day with colleagues/clients/contractors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing proactive administrative support to the team
- Assisting with invoicing, payments and finances
- Attending to confidential data and correspondence
- Operating our project management software
- Formatting and collation of technical reports and letters
- Arranging travel, accommodation and vehicle hire
- Maintaining the condition and running of the office
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Managing post, telephone calls and visitors
- Assisting with basic HR duties
- All other admin duties that may be required
It would help if you are experienced in the property sector and have an understanding of property although this is not required.This role will require you to be based in office Mon-Fri to fulfil your duties, we strive to be flexible to best suit your needs and some level of hybrid work may be possible.Our perks and benefits:
