**Service Bookings Advisor - Car Dealership**
Letchworth
- £24,000 - £30,000 /annum. 25 Days Holiday_.

We are looking for a **Service Bookings Advisor **for a **Franchised** **Car Dealership **in the **Letchworth **area**.**

**A Customer Service Star** who has the ability to work to deadlines and handle sensitive and confidential information. You’ll have excellent communication skills and experience in a selling/customer service environment. In addition to a strong people background we are looking for applicants who can demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm along with willingness to contribute to your team and more importantly your customers.

**The successful Applicant**
Will have recent experience working as an Automotive Service Advisor or Administrator.
- Be well organised and have good communication skills.
- Have Kerridge Autoline / Pinnacle experience.
- Understand the importance of the EVHC process.
- Be focused on delivering a great customer experience..
