**We are recruiting for a Content & PR Executive to join our Marketing Team at our Head Office in Bracknell. This role offers hybrid working, with 2 days per week from home.**

**About the role **

**Key Responsibilities **
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content meets business needs and goals
- Optimise content (SEO) for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to the website
- Develop and execute PR strategies, focusing on campaigns that will engage our trade and retail customers, build our brand awareness, and position Sally Europe as the market leader
- Draft press releases that have had successful pick up within target media, and managed the process of pitching exclusive stories to key press
- Work collaboratively with our PR agency to ensure all events are set up for success, with the relevant marketing support
- Manage brand deployment and ensure that all channels fulfil contracts
- Working closely and building relationships with brands to deliver a range of communication assets on time

**About you **
- 2 to 3 years experience in a marketing related role
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and work in a fast paced environment
- A creative and critical thinker with strong attention to detail
- Passionate about the Hair and Beauty industry
- Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
- Public Relations experience is a plus
