**We are recruiting for a Content & PR Senior Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team on a 10 Month FTC at our Store Support Centre in Bracknell. This role offers hybrid working, with 2 days per week from home.**

**About the role **

The Content & PR Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of best in class content to support monthly content themes, calendar events, new product launches, Win Win brands, promotional events and campaign activity and brand USPS. Within this role, you will establish strong open-brand relationships with core suppliers to create quality content plans for the year.

**Key Responsibilities **
- Works with the channel owners to make sure that content created meets the needs of the channel and is consistent with the annual marketing calendar.
- Contributes in frequent sessions with the content team to establish themes and activity to deliver against the content calendar.
- Drives valuable content (video, imagery, live education, copy writing & ambassador partnerships) through the business by working with WinWin, Exclusive and Open-Brand suppliers with the support of the Creative Studio team.
- Stay abreast of competitor activities in the industry to ensure we are leading on content for all suppliers.
- Executes the PR calendar for both trade & retail across the UK and CE including strategy, goals, and budget.
- Manages the relationship with the PR agency as the day-to-day contact.
- Works in collaboration with social media manager to identify and establish a team of influencer partners for Sally Beauty/Salon Services UK and manage communications, campaigns and day-to-day partnerships with them.
- Identify, define and maintain the partnerships that Salon Services & Pro Duo should have with key Hair & Beauty Associations, in conjunction with Salon Success
- Develop and execute the charity strategy for Sally Europe, identifying the right partners and develop the fundraising plan on an annual basis.

**About you **
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Content creation experience
- Customer focused and creative thinker to deliver on customer needs
- Experienced in creating content (e.g photo shoots and video) as well as managing agencies to support on content delivery
- Great at building relationships both internally and externally
- Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
