As our second Enterprise Account Executive, this opportunity is a rare chance to join us early into our Enterprise journey and offers huge scope to make an impact whilst selling to the largest businesses within our industry.

**Day in the Life**:

- Run and manage the full sales cycle from discovery through to contract negotiation and deal closure with organisations that are over 51 employees in size.
- Partner closely with Enterprise SDR’s to handle leads and run demos of the SourceWhale platform.
- Support the Enterprise SDR's with tactics, introductions and multithreading to get into Enterprise accounts.
- Conduct deep research and map into suitable prospective accounts.
- Own and run large-scale pilots.
- Leverage your personal brand whilst nurturing your existing network via face to face meetings, events etc. (1-2 times per week)
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Customer Success Manager's to provide new customers with a seamless experience.
- Qualify and forecast deals accurately whilst manage your sales pipeline.
- Key stakeholder management (director level & above).
- Work closely with your manager to carve out your own Career Pathway.

**Who You Are**:

- 3+ years sales experience within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Experience selling to large organisations and closing £30k+ size deals.
- Exposure to longer sales cycles of 6+ months.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify and translate complex ideas to different audiences.
- Successful track record of consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong cross-collaboration skills with the ability of working within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Driven, proactive and resilient.

- Experience selling a Recruitment Technology or selling to commercial/sales departments within organisations.
- Prior experience as a recruiter would be highly desirable.
- Experience managing 30-50 opportunities at once.
