Sales and Reservations Coordinator

Our client is offering an opportunity to work for their growing niche Travel company based near Windsor. You will be part of the Sales & Reservations team and will Manage warm sales leads intending to maximize the number of confirmed bookings and revenues.
Some duties include:
- Assisting with preparing and sending out documentation during the booking process.
- Processing credit card payments.
- Maintain relationships with trade partners.
- Assist in maintaining CREWS, the in-house reservation system with product loading, pricing, itineraries, and inventory.
Experience our client is looking for:
- Travel industry experience would be ideal
- Good workload management with the ability to prioritise all sales opportunities
- Excellent telephone manner with a customer-focused approach
- Computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook & Power-Point
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- A good sense of humor with a can-do approach.
