Are you an experienced Administrator who has a great interest in Diversity & Inclusion? Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge?
Our reputable client based in Nottingham are looking to hire a Diversity & Inclusion Assistant to join their business. You will be helping the business to achieve their strategy & successfully drive forward key Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
**To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials**:
- Strong administration skills
- A passion for Diversity & Inclusion
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Full, clean driving licence
**Within this position, you’ll also be**:
- Supporting & working directly with both the Senior Diversity Manager & Diversity Manager
- Creating meaningful & impactful change across the business’s four key strategy pillars; colleagues, clients, communities & culture
- Travelling to the companies offices within the UK and attending the company road shows
- Helping to engage all staff with their D&I pledge, initiatives, events & campaigns
- Supporting all employee networks to include scheduling meetings, setting agenda’s, writing up minutes, listening to feedback from the networks to make recommendations for improvements
- Drafting internal communications, key messaging for social media posts & recommending content for our weekly newsletter, D & I sharepoint site & numerous on-going projects
- Leading the external D & I outreach in terms of social media & help us to engage a wide range of audiences, continuing to develop our D & I brand by developing a social media plan specially for D & I, working with internal stakeholders & drafting key messages
- Supporting on D & I ad hoc projects or initiatives including the D & I pledge & data monitoring across several areas including annual D & I data report, the D & I pledge data, exit interviews & pulse surveys
**Salary & Working Hours**
Salary is £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependant on experience
Working hours are Monday - Friday
