Our people are our greatest asset, and we are seeking an experienced Talent Coordinator to join our Talent team. This team supports various aspects of human resources across multiple countries, including employer branding, talent attraction, acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and learning & development.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the recruitment process from vacancy approval to onboarding, ensuring seamless collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Developing innovative strategies to engage diverse talent pools, fostering excellent candidate experiences throughout the recruitment and selection process.
  • Contributing to social media and external brand activities to promote our employer brand, highlighting our unique company culture.
  • Providing data-driven insights to inform the monthly Talent board pack, enabling informed decision-making.
Talent Development Opportunities:
  • Assisting the Learning & Development team with training coordination, engagement activities, and systems administration, enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintaining accurate records of training and eLearning programs, monitoring key metrics such as platform usage and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in HRIS or CRM systems is essential for effective talent management.

Based on national averages, the estimated salary range for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
