We now need to strengthen our ALPLA team and have a vacancy for an experienced Administrator to join our Planning function at our Head Office in Golborne initially on a 6-month fixed term basis.
Purpose of job/mission: To support the UK Planning team with administrative duties.
**Key Areas of Responsibility (not limited to)**
- Monitoring of customer requirements/orders - updating customer of any changes or issues
- Dealing with customer returns
- Mailbox management
- Management of live documents and data input - Excel
- Liaising with Warehouse regarding deliveries/orders
- Monitoring and rectifying stock shortage/discrepancies, liaising with relevant departments
- Input orders onto system
- Export orders and liaise with transport team to ensure transport booked

Skills/Experience:

- Minimum 2 years experience within an Administration role

- Excellent communication skills are essential
