Working within our customer service department we are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator with scheduling experience and a “Can do” attitude who is used to working in a fast-paced environment

As a customer service call handler, you will be part of a team responsible for delighting our customers and to continually exceeding their expectations.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Scheduling of service calls within varying response times
- General administration duties and data entry
- Answering & directing customer phone calls
- Logging of customer enquiries and field service calls in to Service Management System
- Updating customers & clients on the status of their enquires/jobs
- Communicating with different departments and field service engineers to progress calls

**Experience**
- Have experience of working in a customer focused environment.
- Experience and/or knowledge of national geographical locations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work to deadlines and can multitask.
- Able to work under pressure and go the extra mile
- To personally provide a committed and determined approach to managing problems.
- Must be able to build rapport with customers and engineers on the telephone.
- Confident IT user with experience of working with Microsoft Office and in-house systems.
- Have a great telephone manner

Full Time position

Location: Droitwich, Worcestershire

**Salary**: Dependant on experience

Benefits: 20 Days holiday, rising to 25 with length of service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,500.00 per year
