**About us**

Pie Bob's Bakery is a family run bakery based in Arbroath. We currently have 2 shops within Arbroath and provide a large range of wholesale shops within Dundee, Kirriemuir, Forfar and MORE We are continuing to grow our business and look towards the future

**Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Coordinate project activities and meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting materials
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Assist with general office tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using Google and Microsoft Packages (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, word, excel)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Type**: Permanent
