**THE ROLE**:
An exciting opportunity awaits you to join our established and vibrant tea business. Since our inception in 2017, we have been passionately serving some of the world's best teas. Currently, we are looking to fill a position on our horse box. To be eligible for these roles, applicants must have barista experience, and exude confidence, as the position involves direct customer interaction where clear communication is vital.

Based out of our franchisee's office in Northern Ireland, you will have the opportunity to run our horse box at the newtownabbey shopping centre and serve customers our premium teas, coffee, toasted sandwiches and Brownies.

**DUTIES**:
As part of this role, you will oversee all aspects of the food truck's catering operations, managing food and drink production, service, and delivery. Collaborating with clients, you will effectively plan and execute events, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. As well as, you will be responsible for supervising a team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. Compliance with health and safety regulations will be a key priority. Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for supplies as needed will also fall under your duties. Working closely with the HQ team, you will contribute to menu development and maintain a consistently high level of customer service, efficiently handling any customer complaints or concerns.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
