HR Administrator working for a successful and expanding company in Driffield.

You will provide HR administration support to the business with duties such as updating staff records, assisting with the payroll, sickness and absence reporting, as well as administration tasks as required.

You can expect a competitive salary of £23,088, working 37 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm.

You should have strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships across the business, experience of working within a HR department would be ideal but is not necessary.

As a HR Administrator you will:

- Update details for new starters and leavers
- Scan new starter forms / RTW docs
- Weekly payroll duties
- Complete HR Induction packs
- Download daily staff absence report
- Type up factory reviews and general administration duties

- Record staff referrals and confirm bonus details
- Medicare / Bupa administration
- Update and maintain training records
