Due to a recent restructure, we have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Manager. This is a rewarding and fulfilling role, and is an exciting opportunity to manage the upkeep, maintenance, and improvement of some healthcare provider sites between Norwichand Kings Lynn.

This is a full-time temporary role lasting between interim 8-11 months, however, likely to become permanent with a salary from £42,000 depending upon your experience and qualifications.

**Some duties the Maintenance Manager will cover**:

- Operational management
- They will lead a mixed team of 18 directly employed staff, agency staff and contractors across multiple locations
- Statutory compliance, including day to day responsibility for the management of the following area: asbestos, legionella, ligature and fire safety
- Mechanical, electrical, building and grounds maintenance management
- Statutory and operational surveys
- Financial management
- Participate in the Maintenance Services on-call management roster

**The successful Maintenance Manager will**:

- Be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
- Have a UK Driving licence
- Qualifications: Incorporated Member of a Building, Electrical or Engineering Institute or comparable relevant degree with experience with a recognised qualification in management and leadership
- Experience: Relevant management experience with a proven track record of leadership, organisation, prioritising and planning while demonstrating high technical versatility and flexibility
- Skills: Ability to demonstrate a high level of commitment, versatility and flexibility in the day to day management of the operational department, implement business plans and objectives, maintain budgetary control of the income and expenditure for thearea of responsibility.
- Knowledge: Specialist knowledge of complex building systems, understanding the inter-relationship between the building and electrical & mechanical services.
