Role - Building Maintenance Manager
Location- Norfolk
Salary- £45,000
Your role as a Building Maintenance Manager

As a Building Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for a stunning estate of 300 residential properties, historic buildings, commercial buildings and Grade I listed buildings including tourist attractions.

You will be responsible for the reactive maintenance programme.

You will manage the internal maintenance team and subcontractors to ensure all work is completed to a high quality standard, by monitoring KPI's and SLA's.

Candidates with experience of maintaining historical buildings are highly encouraged to apply.
Your duties and responsibilities as a Building Maintenance Manager

Ensure quality maintenance of a large estate.
Develop a reactive maintenance programme
Leadership skills- You will directly manage a team of in house multi skilled engineers, whilst also managing subcontractors.
Monitor KPI's and SLA's of contractors whilst continuously monitoring budget
Ensure Health & Safety regulations are met at all times
Use In house property software for recording and managing property maintenance tasks (Key Prime Property/Landmark)
Produce weekly reports on all reactive maintenance tasks
Support and develop the in house maintenance team by taking ownership of their appraisal, development and feedback.
Prepare quotations and specifications for building worksTo be successful in your role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Experience maintaining residential and historical buildings (preferred)
You will have worked your way up from a maintenance role and have strong leadership skills
Ability to travel to both estates/sites in Norfolk
You must be a hands on person who wants to be involved with day to day tasksYour package in your role as a Building Maintenance Manager:

£45,000 salary
30 days leave (including bank holidays)
