**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Reporting directly to the Head Buyer and working in a team of 5 in the procurement department.
- Raising and placing orders to production and sales requirements, as well as chasing and checking orders to maintain inventory.
- Support stock control, discrepancies and stock accuracy.
- Contacting suppliers to ensure successful delivery schedules.
- Working on ISO procedures and assist the department with adhoc duties.

**Work Experience Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a procurement/purchasing admin position.
- Experience with SAP is desirable.
- Has the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads, as well as work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

The role is offering a base salary of £23,000 - £25,000 depending on experience + 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays, Hub Access (retail and entertainment discounts) and Training and Career Development.

This role will be best suited to someone who can easily commute or is willing to relocate to the Oxfordshire area as this is an on-site position. The working hours are 8:45 to 4:45 Monday to Friday.
