My client is looking for a Care Supervisor to join their established complex care community service covering Hertfordshire. Salary £28K plus £2K car allowance.
Our client, is an energetic organisation that provides the best support for those requiring complex care, including those living with an acquired brain injury or spinal injury. They are a family run business that has fantastic values and don't only supporttheir clients, but also support their staff.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant, Field Care Supervisor or Team Leader with extensive understanding of complex care.
**The Role;**
As the Care Supervisor you will;- Carry out supervisions, appraisals and support visits with the carers.
- Be responsible for assessments, care plans, risk assessments and spot checks.
- Make sure that systems are regularly updated, and that the information inputted is accurate.
- Work on a 3-week rolling rota, this ensures there is continuously a Supervisor on shift.

**The Person;**
To be considered for the Care Supervisor role, you will need;- Previous care experience - Team Leader, Field Care Supervisor or Senior within complex care
- Computer literacy skills
- Clear communication skills
- Minimum of a level 3 in Health & Social Care Adults
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility to work shifts, including 1 weekend in 3
