This is an exciting opportunity for a **Fleet Helpdesk Team Leader** to join our CAM (Culina Accident Management) team on a full-time, permanent contract
**Job Description**:
As a Fleet Helpdesk Team Leader, you will ensure helpdesk functions are achieved and carried out to the highest standard through positive working and a flexible approach, whilst delivering an excellent Fleet service.
Main responsibilities and objectives:
- Communicating goals and deadlines to team members, and assisting with the planning and delegating of tasks and workloads
- Assessing team performance with line managers and providing feedback to employees
- Assisting with the hiring and training of employees, along with the daily operation of the organisation
- Interacting with customers and escalating any delays or challenges with call outs / ETA’s / etc. to the management team as needed
- Day to day monitoring of the in-progress events to ensure defects are being chased and updated accordingly
- Ensuring administration and CAM policies and procedures are adhered to and reviewed on a regular basis
- Updating and maintaining the internal system accurately and regularly
- Liaising with Fleet Managers, Operations, Drivers, Fleet Suppliers, Contract Hauliers, Accident Management Companies and Government Agencies
- Building and maintaining effective relationships across the CAM network
**Qualifications**:
- Competency with MS Office, including Excel, Word & Outlook, along with accurate keyboard skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Capable of operating as part of a team as well as using own initiative
- Sound problem solving skills with the drive to improve performance
- Effective communication skills with the confidence to liaise with people at all levels
