£40,000 (OTE £65,000)

**Hours of Work**:
Monday to Friday 08:30-18:00, Saturday (1 in 3) 08:30-17:00, Sunday - Expected to work as and when of the needs of the business

**The Company**:
Our client are a franchised automotive main dealer group with multiple locations throughout the UK. Our client is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead the sales team inMilton Keynes.

**The Role**:
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive profitability. Your key duties will include:

- Developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve the company's objectives
- Leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to ensure they are motivated and delivering exceptional customer service
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction
- Working with the aftersales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maximising sales opportunities through effective lead management and customer follow-up
- Ensuring the sales team is up-to-date with product knowledge, competitor activity, and market trends

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous Sales Manager/RSM experience in the motor trade.

You will also need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-focused approach
- Good knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends
- A full UK driving license
