Accounts/Office Administrator.

We have an immediate vacany for an enthusiastic, well organised friendly person to join our small office team. The role will include reception duties, accounts and office administration. We are a manufacturer of high quality self adhesive labels for everything from cosmetics to spirits. We have a reputation for quality products and superior customer service. We service our clients form our office and manufacturing site based in the north of Glasgow.

Duties for Accounts Administration,
- Sales order processing
- Credit Control
- Vat Returns
- Journaling/Bank reconciliation
- Goods despatch
- Credit control
- Turnover reports
- Bank Payments

Duties for Reception,
- Greeting customers and suppliers in person and by telephone
- Directing telephone calls accordingly

Office Admin
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Managing office and janitorial supplies
- General Filing, Archive Filing
- Annual leave requests
- Arranging post

Working Hours, 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm

Holidays, 30 days annual leave including 8 statutory

Salary Negotiable depending on experience

Salary £24.000 depending on experience.
