Office Angels Glasgow have an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing Commercial Venue Specialist in Glasgow City Centre as a Client Reporting Team Administrator. You will be working alongside the Finance Manager, whilst supporting a well-establishedteam. This is an excellent opportunity to manage your own client portfolio.
You will be an enthusiastic, organised and forward thinking professional who will support the company in their long-term success.
Once the training period is complete you will have the option to work from home one day per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generation and maintenance of client income spreadsheets / reports
- Processing all portfolio invoices once received and reconciling to income reports
- Processing payments on banking systems
- Allocating payments accurately to client accounts
- Compliant management of client data
**To be successful in this role you'll have**:

- Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be self-motivated and disciplined
- Professional approach to time management and deadlines
- Working knowledge of Sage 200 (desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail
