The following job summary is an outline of the main duties performed by you to meet the expected standard required by both our clients and our Company.

Overall Objective

The role of the Sales Co-Coordinator is an important role in the St Ermin’s Hotel. The Sales Co-Coordinator is responsible for the administrative support strategy of the Sales & Marketing team.

The Sales Co-Coordinator will be responsible for meeting and setting of administrative processes and procedures for the effective support of key personnel in the team including but not limited to those set out below.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Administrative support for Corporate Sales Managers and the Director of Sales/Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Completing RFP’s through online systems including MARRFP/Lanyon, including renegotiations.
- Management of RFP tracker, communication updates to reservations & accurate rate loading, preparing rate agreements.
- Competitor rate calls, research on local business for potential sales leads.
- Communication with sales staff to ensure weekly and monthly reports are completed within agreed deadlines.
- Compiling accurate account production & arrival reports for the DOS & Corporate Sales Managers.
- Assisting Corporate Sales Managers with Account management where necessary including cold calling and prospecting new accounts.
- Organisation & logistics for the sales team at industry exhibitions, eg - Business Travel Show, Marriott Tradeshows, and Local Sales Blitz’s.
- Liaising with hotel reservations and revenue management managers to book rooms for VIP corporate and agency clients.
- Management of travel agency bedbanks and contra-agreements.
- Trouble shooting, particularly difficult client queries or complaints.
- Manage all arrangements for familiarisation trips and office visits.
- All other reasonable requests from St Ermin’s Management.

Standards of Performance
- To ensure that St Ermin’s Hotel company policy is adhered to at all times.
- Always offer the most appropriate rates and venues with alternatives when applicable.
- To ensure sales enquiries are accurately handled and followed through using the appropriate processes and technology. Deadlines must be met, and correct documentation provided.
- Provide the appropriate levels of administrative support as required by your job function.
- To constructively challenge St Ermin’s Hotel procedures and recommend amendments which will have a benefit to the company.

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
