TSRN are working in partnership with a leading furniture manufacturer who are looking for a number of experienced administrators to join their London site. Please be aware this is a hybrid role working mid-week in their London head office and Mondays andFridays from your home location.

Key duties may involve:
To co-ordinate all aspects of customer orders from receipt of enquiry, to order and then delivery, providing mock-ups, project management and after sales service.

To support the Sales Team in all aspects of potential and actual orders and maintaining a relationship with their customers.

To gain vital product knowledge as well as the skills to communicate and educate customers/dealers according to their needs.

Involvement in sales presentations and mock-ups to clients/dealers.

To co-ordinate the supply and installation of such mock-ups in order to support the sales process, this includes liaison with all associated teams within the organisation.

To processing orders into the system, liaising with the factory and suppliers.

To arrange deliveries and installations in accordance with customer requirements.

**Key skills and Experience needed**:
A sound knowledge or basic understanding of Stage

To be highly organised and attention to detail.

To hold the desire and ability to pick up with on-the-job training and support.

To work autonomously as well as in a team.

To have excellent communication skills with the ability to go the extra mile for customers.
