Epson Telford Limited was established in 1987, we are on a 50-acre site and operate a 24/7 manufacturing site.

We are the only European manufacturing and distribution site for ink cartridges and têxtile inks. These products are shipped to an Epson warehouse in Germany where they are then distributed throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Quality and innovation is at the heart of everything we do, from our Cleanroom environment to our in-house machinery, design and technology improvements from which we use our own Epson 6-axis robots.

**Position Summary**:

- The control of cash and bank payments, including foreign currency transactions
- Preparation of cash flow forecasts and cash pooling forecasting for EEB
- Ensure intercompany accounts balance and manage IC payments/receipts
- Control account reconciliations for all bank, cash, hedge and loan accounts
- Control and reconciliation of prepayments and accruals
- Control of debtor and creditor ledgers, including group balance confirmations
- Control of expenses and petty cash payments
- Liaising with accounts payable and suppliers to ensure payments are made on time
- Assisting Financial Accountant with monthly budgeting and forecasting and ECAS reporting
- Assisting Financial Accountant with P11D analysis
- Assisting with asset control and auditing
- Ensuring compliance with and adherence to ETL Quality Management, Environmental Management, Information Security and Health & Safety Policies and Procedures and all statutory legislation associated with these any other duties as requested from time to time
- In addition to these functions, Employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To ensure compliance and adherence to Epson Telford Limited Quality and Environmental Management and H & S Policies and Procedures and all Statutory Legislation associated with these
- To ensure that payments are raised and authorised in accordance with the ETL Payment Policies
- To ensure Compliance with SEC J-Sox regime
- Ensure that all Group reconciliations are accurate and comply with Group Procedures and Policies
- To ensure all Data and Paperwork is accurate and processed correctly, especially transactions within ETL’s Banking System
- To check own work and double-check the work received from others

**Qualifications**:
Essential
- AAT/CIMA Trainee

Desirable
- 12 months experience in a similar role
- Good progress towards a professional qualification
- Evidence of knowledge and understanding of business process

**Experience**:
Essential
- 12 months experience

- Lead and/or present Management improvement relating to Finance Systems

**Specialist training required**:

- Completion of First Stage of (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) qualification
