**The Role**

As Digital Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for building our digital footprint across Inizio to build our brands by providing best in class platforms for global marketing activities. It's an exciting time to join Inizio, we're looking for someone to harness new technologies and best practice to create a global digital marketing strategy to support our organisational strategy. The right person will be strategic and spot opportunities to develop our digital marketing strategy but will thrive on executing in tactics in an agile global team. Working from home, one of our offices, or a hybrid of the two, you will collaborate with the global marketing team to raise awareness, drive engagement and generate leads across all Inizio business units.

You will report to our Head of Global Marketing and can be based in any location where Inizio has an office. You will be responsible for line managing a Digital Marketing Executive and working collaboratively with the Global Marketing team.

**Role Responsibilities**

The Digital Marketing lead sits within the Inizio Global Marketing team with the remit to:

- Create and implement the global digital marketing strategy across Inizio to enable our brands and supports the delivery of our organizational strategy.
- Drive digital strategy across all of the Business Units and strategic sub-brands in collaboration with the Business Unit Marketing Leads to enhance our online presence and create an optimal user experience.
- Evaluate emerging technologies such as generative AI - providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Overseeing our social media presence across all digital channels.
- Track, analyze, and share results, as well as using them to constantly optimize brand awareness, familiarity, performance, and results.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify industry trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights to inform new growth strategies.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points including executing experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evangelize a strong customer focus and customer experience that aligns decision making.
- Recognise, exemplify, and adhere to Inizio's values.

**What do you bring to the Role?**
- Recent relevant experience as a commercially minded Digital Marketing lead in a global organization, with a specialty in managing multisite websites and creating ABM strategies.
- Experience in managing Hubspot and other marketing technology platforms in an enterprise environment.
- Exceptional skills in all digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social and overseeing both CRM and automated marketing platforms, with a passion for new technology and innovation.
- A successful track record in defining KPIs and implementing, operationalizing and embedding in ways of working to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
- A digital-first mindset, and the ability to create real impact and demand through the latest data-driven digital marketing tools.
- A passion for data-informed B2B marketing, and a proven track record in creating and implementing highly targeted marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional skills in project management, communication, strategic thinking, and data analysis, making decisions based on metrics and demonstrating a real eye for detail.
- The ability to build, manage, and deepen relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders all over the world - creating a rapport, having a positive influence, and unlocking new opportunities.
