Legal Secretary

**The successful Legal Secretary will have the following responsibilities**:
- Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues and partners
- Produce and file various legal documents such as appeals, motions or petitions
- Preserve an updated case record system
- Open and Close Files
- To make appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain an up-to-date diary To provide administrative support to other secretaries and fee earners when required.
- To take instructions from clients over the phone and face to face in a professional manner.
- Supply Cover for Reception if and when required
**As a Legal Secretary you will have the following skills & experience**
- You will have at least 1 years experience working as a Legal Secretary in Litigation/Matrimonial. Experience in Conveyancing/Probate also an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with legal technology (court-filing computer systems, transcription software, Dictaphone etc)
- Proficiency in English
- Outstanding time-management and typing skills
- Ability to multitask and being comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people
- Knowledge of Republic of Ireland Conveyancing/Probate an advantage
- Legal Secretary: 1 year (Essential)
- Secretarial: 2 years (Essential)
Pay: £20,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
