What matters to the people we support matters to us. It’s their life, their way.

We are looking for someone to join our team supporting 13 adults living in their own homes in Market Weighton. As you will be working in their home it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested.

They enjoy a range of activities at home, so if you enjoy crafting, games or thinking up new and exciting things to try and do. Also if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support _with_ and _alongside_ people, then this is the place for you.

Supporting people is really important but it’s not all parties and dancing. We also support people to take medication, assist with personal care, make healthy lifestyle choices or maintain their home in a way they feel safe and well.
