**Become a Support Worker**

What matters to the people we support matters to us. It’s their life, their way.

We are looking for someone to join our team supporting 13 adults living in their own homes in Market Weighton. As you will be working in their home it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested.

They enjoy a range of home and community based activities, if you hold a FULL UK drivers licence and you enjoy building meaningful relationships then this is the place for you. You will be working split shifts Monday to Friday 8am-10am and 1pm-4pm, the core part of your role will be to support people to their daily activities.

**What will you do?**

Supporting people is really important but it’s not all driving people to and from activities. We also support people to take medication, assist with personal care, make healthy lifestyle choices or maintain their home in a way they feel safe and well.
