Accounts Administrative Assistant - Ammanford - Permanent - £Negotiable
ARM are delighted to be working with a construction company based in Ammanford.
Requiring an Accounts Administrative Assistant to report to a Finance & Office Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Open post & distribute
- Preparing letters
- Answering telephone enquiries customers
- Provide administrative as and when necessary
- Raising invoices on a daily basis
- Receive supplier invoices
- Reconcile against purchase order & delivery note
- Prepare supplier payment in order for cheque payment to be made
- Write receipts for cheques received
**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years accounts experience
- Experience of using Navision/Microsoft Dynamics/SAP an advantage
- Strong excel skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as a team
